The CWRU Campus Libraries Diversity Working Group is charged with developing an inclusive diversity and inclusion plan for Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) campus libraries, which includes the Cleveland Health Sciences Library (CHSL), Judge Ben C. Green Law Library (Law), Kelvin Smith Library (KSL) and the Lillian & Milford Harris Library at the Mandel School of Applied and Social Sciences (MSASS).
The DWG Culture Initiative focuses on staff training and development. Its goal is to engage staff at all CWRU libraries in topics on diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI). This includes anti-racism education and development that target library services and organizational culture. The Campus Libraries Bulletin Board is designed to be a stand-alone resource as well as a companion to other types of educational opportunities coordinated by the DWG Culture Initiative.
