Covidence is, for all intents, project management software for systematic reviews. Covidence manages the process of describing your review project and creating its settings, as well as focusing your efforts on three key steps: title and abstract screening, full text screening, and data extraction and quality assessment. For more information about systematic review services at CHSL, please visit our Systematic Review Services page.
Who is eligible to use Covidence?
All CWRU faculty, staff and students as well as anyone with a Case Western Reserve University email address can use Covidence for a review.
To access Covidence, please go to the Case Covidence support page and sign up for an account. Once you have signed up for your account (using either a case.edu or cwru.edu email address), Covidence will send an email to you with instructions on accessing the Covidence platform.
To get Started:
Go to the sign up Link, where you can request your invitation. (https://app.covidence.org/organizations/ayAAP/signup). You will want to request an invitation to join the Case Western university subscription. Click on request invitation. And that should send you the email. Open the email and click the button "Accept Invitation," and your account will become active. The same process will be used to join a project (either at Case or another institution).
