Go to CHSL homepage and search for desired resource using the Search Box tabs.
Your search results page will have OpenAthen-ized URL's that will link you to the CWRU SSO page to sign in.
Go to the CHSL Homepage.
Scroll down to the Search Box, and search for desired resource. Most URLs in the search box results OpenAthen-ized for quick authentication.
Search tab: Search box that searches the CWRU libraries catalog. across multiple formats and catalogs. Use this if you want to search the CWRU library catalog.
Journal Search tab: use this if you want to search for a journal.
Databases tab: use this if you want to search databases or licensed platforms (ClinicalKey, SpringerNature, ex).
OhioLINK: If a resource is not available at CWRU, you may find it through OhioLINK, a large group of academic libraries in Ohio that provides shared library resources to Case students, faculty, and staff.
To request an item through OHIOLINK, first use the search bar on the CHSL website to search for the resource at CWRU libraries. If the item is not available at CWRU, click the drop-down menu to the right of the search bar, click on OhioLINK Search and click on the magnifying glass icon.
If you find a book you want through OhioLINK, click Check Available Services. On the next page click Get It located in the center of the page and fill in and submit the form information. You can request to pick up the book at any of Case's libraries or at another institution.
