START at the CHSL homepage since most of the links on the library website are OpenAthen-ized for seamless and faster authentication. Most platforms will not properly authenticate you if you try to login at the vendor website.
Try another browser if you are still having trouble accessing a service.
Clear out your cookies, cache, history, etc. consistently BEFORE accessing a resource, as vendors are constantly updating their URL’s to time-out (for security reasons).
Don't take no for an answer. If Safari says 'Can't connect to server' or Chrome says 'Failed to Connect' ...refresh the browser 2-3 times. Sometimes it takes a minute for the browser to catch up. If needed, try connecting using another browser.
